Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers including Australia Post, TNT Australia, and other selected courier partners. We reserve the right to choose the most suitable carrier for each shipment based on product size, weight, and destination.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout using our BigPost shipping calculator, which provides rates for Business, Depot, and Residential deliveries. If a Business delivery option is selected but the address is residential, SaunaHQ reserves the right to charge the difference in freight cost, as these rates are set by our carrier (TNT). This adjustment will be communicated prior to dispatch.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Custom, large, or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier network.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at checkout. SaunaHQ is not liable for delays, redelivery fees, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, SaunaHQ is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our control. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
