Refund policy
We take great care to ensure all products leave our warehouse in perfect condition. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@saunahq.com.au with photos and a brief description of the issue.
Upon verification, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty products in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging unless faulty.

SaunaHQ reserves the right to inspect returned goods before approving a replacement or repair.

Certain items (such as used sauna accessories or installed components) cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
SaunaHQ complies with all relevant obligations under Australian Consumer Law relating to faulty, defective, or damaged goods.
